职位描述：
This job is to provide transactional service for the overall Stock Order Handling process and requires interface
with all related internal and external parties to ensure internal client satisfaction in support of business objectives. This
individual executes the respective work process and required system transactions within the overall Integrated
Supply Chain process at business level.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Review / Validate and process order request in compliance with work process / system and business guidelines.
2. Full responsibility for order fulfillment, along with follow up of orders throughout the entire order cycle.
3. Anticipates internal client expectations / unplanned event, and identifies best solution or alternative.
4. Differentiate between stakeholder requirements and Olin offerings, choose the best /cost effective solution.
5. Increase quality through active participation in problem solving.
6. Work continuously on improvements, identify root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
7. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with relevant business and functional groups other team through excellent communication skills.
8. Adherence to all Compliances and Controls on work processes (e.g. ISO, SOX, etc.)
9. Adhere to timelines set for each activity
10. Act as team back ups to members

Qualifications:
1. Minimum Associate degree – prefer supply chain related but not limited to
2. Prefer over 1 year experience in customer service, logistic or supply chain
3. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
4. Accurate data input.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent computer skills.
7. Working knowledge of SAP is preferred. 举报 分享
