职位描述：
Position Title: Information Systems Technician
Division: Administration
Supervisor: Director of Technology

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day management for the following systems: e-Purchasing, IP Phone, PA, Intercom, Electronic Lock, Printing
2. Support the Multimedia & Social Media Specialist & Performing Arts Technician as needed during events
3. Collaborate with & support other staff regarding other systems, such as Wordpress & ID Card System
4. Support users of relevant software: train, answer usage questions, and troubleshoot problems
5. Some evening and weekend work required
6. Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in technology-related discipline

1. Able to follow procedures and carry tasks through from start to finish
2. Able to quickly learn new tasks and troubleshoot and think through problems
3. Able to work with frustrated teachers and staff
4. Able to work unsupervised and to work productively as a member of a team
5. Able to communicate in English

3. Desire to learn, especially in the areas of network & system administration

岗位要求
1. 本科学历以上，计算机相关专业
2. 1~3年工作经验者，优秀应届生亦可
3. 流利的英语读写能力
4. 沟通能力强

工作内容
1. 提供日常采购系统的运行和维护；
2. 协助大型活动多媒体设备的安装和调试；
3. 负责内部信息系统建设、维护；进行域名、后台数据、邮箱管理；
4. 处理网络及计算机故障；
5. 其他工作内容视个人能力而定。
