职位描述：
Purpose
? Manage the CRM system with all of its related components including integration with other system, UI, data base and workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
? Updating, maintaining and managing the CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
? Be responsible for data reporting and uploading, and make sure the accuracy and timely.
? Analyze system data and submit analysis and summary reports to management.
? Conduct training for CRM system users from other departments.
? Handle other users’ inquires and system issues.
? Made the system SOP and manual to avoid failure of users improper operation.
? System authority management and distribution.

Other Responsibilities
? Track local sales performance and consolidate national report.
? Other specific responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the management

Key Performance Indicators:
? Data Accuracy and Quality
? Reports analysis, conclusions, accuracy, timely.
? Cycle time from request to delivery

Qualifications / Experience
? Minimum 2-3 year’s working experience with CRM administration, come from Freight Forwarding / Logistics is preferred.
? Sound knowledge of data analysis and preparing presentations.
? Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel,Word,PowerPoint, Pivot Tabels others)
? Good communication and problems resolve ability to liaise with customers and associates.
? Detailed, and responsible for work, team-worker.
