职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Update and Manage Software and Provide Software Support
o Provide desktop support to all Altium staff as required, in all software programs in use, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google apps, Salesforce and other cloud based software products
o Ensure all software is kept up to date with patch’s and security updates including antivirus, desktop applications and Operating Systems at all times
2. Account and Network Administration
o Create, maintain internal user accounts, like domain account, email, CRM account, VPN and other access as required. Make sure the access authority and IT processes are set correctly as per the request from Greater China region.
o Ensure all network hardware is secure and protected both physically and though device configuration.
3. Windows & Linux Systems Administration：
? Active Directory;
? Provide system and application integration and support for Windows servers;
Evaluate application integration middleware technology to ensure compliance to internal policies and standards;
? Consult, design and implement services on system and application integration middleware solutions for internal projects;
Analyse enterprise data, systems and application integration middleware requirements;
? Create, maintain and orchestrate Backup Plans and Business Contingency Plans;
? Design and Architect complex solutions;
? Provide system and application integration and support for Linux servers, and applications running of them;
? Maintain KPIs for the infrastructure performance (monitoring and reporting);
? Contribute meaningfully to the company about virtualization and infrastructure in the cloud; Investigate and propose new technologies;
4. Hypervisors Administration：
? Provide system and application integration and support for Virtual Hypervisors (Xen, ESXi, Hyper-V, etc.) and VMs running on them;
5. Network Support：
? Provide network integration and support for the whole Altium IT infrastructure;
? Monitor network link status from time to time;
? Respond to internet connection outage or internal network problem;
? Create, maintain and orchestrate network backup plans;
? Investigate and propose new network technologies/products;
6. Coordinate and cooperate with global IT team to implement or complete required projects, make sure all delivered tasks are moved as expected.
7. Carry out On Call duties for Altium China offices outside of normal business hours.

Requirements:
1. 3 years or higher relevant experience
2. Experience in computer hardware/software and customer service is essential
3. Fluent English written and spoken skills;
4. Knowledge of :
? Strong Windows Operating Systems (Workstation and Server)
? Basic Linux Operating Systems
? Strong network experience in Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, VoIP and QoS;
? Writing script and or code;
? Basic Mac OSX Operating Systems
? Familiar with Windows OS like AD, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, GPO and other famous version features.
? Monitor system: Zabbix or Nagios;
? Storage networking: iSCSI or Fiber Channel;
? Computer hardware troubleshooting
