Department QE and VRT manufacture

Summary of the Role
• Support 1st line analysis and work out ICA if 1st team meet block.
• Drive TPII release and lead to release PTF if it’s needed.
• Lead 2nd line product problem analysis (through DMAIC) and participate in the problem solving process, when expertise competence is needed.
• Drive control plan operation very well.
• Drive quality improvements for current models together with Production, as part of Variability Reduction Team towards manufacturing deliveries
• Work for continuous improvements of quality (FTT, VCPA,…) and support cost(Value added )
• Responsible for Quality Engineering targets (QDFIPS).
• Increase commonality and share best practices by working together with other departments and plants.
• Decrease manufacturing variability within the Quality Engineering area.
• Propose process change within problem solving scope.
Main responsibilities
• Responsible to report deviations and start actions in order to eliminate them.
• Follow up and start actions on deviations on Quality Engineering related targets (scorecard and master plan).
• Responsible for following of standard processes, methods, and tools within Quality Operational System.
• Responsible for reporting to Manager within Plant Quality.
Academic Qualifications Required
• College degree or above. Engineering major.
Experience Required
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive Quality environment or equivalent.
• Skillful of problem analyzing. 6 sigma project is preferable.
• Good knowledge of interior related, such as mould, fixture, material, gauge and process.
• Practical experience from the production process preferable.
Competencies
• Competence in mechanical engineering/industrial science or similar level of experience.
• Knowledge about the processes, methods, and tools at Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and R&D.
• Certified 6-sigma level 2 is preferred and equivalent 6-sigma.
• English in spoken and written.
• Strong ability to co-operate and communicate.
