职位描述：
Department: Plant Logistics Engineering
Report to: Plant logistics engineering manager
Key responsibility:
1. Work with GR teams to looking for improvement opportunity
2. Technical supporter for efficiency improvement in GR area
3. GR related planning such as dock capacity calculation, dock assignment, process update, man power calculation
4. Support material flow engineer to define a bigger view better process
5. IBL issues impact on GR operation evaluation
6. GR OIS writing
7. GR teams workload and resource balancing
8. GR problem solving from planning side
9. Communication with IMQ,PE, IBL, launch concerning GR
Qualification:
1. Lean logistics mind set
2. 1 year experience at least working in logistics area, GR preferred
3. Basic IT, PE, transportation knowledge is required
4. Patient in daily problem solving and pressure taking
5. Good communication and negotiation skills
6. Strong English capacity in speaking, reading, listening and writing
7. Flexibility in problem solving method
