职位描述：
Department: Plant Logistics Engineering
Report to: Plant logistics engineering manager
Key responsibility:
· Define material flow routing
· Define layout with each flow technician
· Lead or support improvement projects
· Co-work with IE, production and other department solving problem
· Standardization implementation
· IT solution consultant or contact person
· Industrial vehicle management system construction and optimization
· Man power calculation and balancing with MTM method
· New project coordination and process mapping
· Looking for improvement opportunity always and develop technicians


Qualification:
· Lean logistics mind set is a must
· 5 year experience as minimum working in logistics planning in automotive or manufacturing industry, 6 sigma or MTM qualification is preferred
· IT, PE, transportation knowledge is required
· Full knowledge about PULL models
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Excellent English communication capacity, literal and oral
· Excellent office software application, Excel, PPT, Visio, Auto CAD and so on
