岗位职责 
1、全面负责对接部门的招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等各方面的工作，为业务部门提供充足的人力支持和人才保障； 
2、根据运营体系发展规划，搭建可持续发展的人才梯队，为运营部门提供充足的人力支持和保障；
3、分解人资目标并有效落地，执行招聘、培训等模块事务处理；
4、从人资和运营双向角度出发，搭建员工沟通渠道，构建良好劳资关系；
5、领导交办的其它事情。 
任职资格 
1、专科及以上学历，有人力资源管理经验；
2、熟悉人力资源管理各模块工作内容，能深入运营一线，为运营部门提供专业的人力资源解决方案及政策咨询； 
3、工作心态良好，善于沟通协调，有很强的分析和解决问题的能力；
4、强烈的成就动机和上进心，抗压能力强，有很强的责任心； 
5、执行力强，有很强的学习、反思和改善能力；
