工作职责：

? Technical Designer/ Senior Technician Other Stakeholders:

? Production teams ? Buying office

Accountability
? Work proactively to be updated on and develop new silhouettes, suitable for all departments and price levels ? Work closely with your team to ensure all component areas are covered
? Keep timeline to ensure developments are ready on time

Main Responsibilities
? Receive trend information from the Designer, and develop new components based on the upcoming trends
? Responsible for create m-charts and patterns and update as required
? Create 3D prototype collections based on the information from the designer
? Provide technical problem solving help to merchandising team when needed. Be able to suggest alternative solutions, cost conscious options and provide instructions for suppliers to help teams achieve the right result
? You will work with all fabrics from heavy knit to thin jersey to thick leather. Understand the needs of different garments to be able to develop the correct garments to the teams
? Build and maintain a reference 3D library for silhouettes and styles for future developments Education and Experience requirements
? 3-5 years’ experience working in fashion retail/production for textiles ? Currently working as a pattern maker / pattern maker assistant
? Experience in production is desirable

? CAD – Lectra
? Basic computer skills. Skills in Illustrator is desirable
? Language proficiency – both written and spoken English
? Strong communication skills and able to work with people from different cultural backgrounds ? Ability to prioritize
