Pinnacle is an American based recruitment company with office in Shanghai since 2005. We focus on providing IT outsourcing talents for famous Fortune 500. Such as Morgan Stanley, IBM, , at&t, d&b, and citibank etc.We are expanding our “family” and searching for Recruitment Consultant/Specialist. We provide a friendly and

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and fully understand the customers’ job profile on candidates;
2. Source for candidates using various channels including websites, cold calling, database, etc.;
3. Conduct phone interviews and personal interviews with qualified candidates;
4. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database;
5. Manage candidates’ expectation and whole recruitment process;
6. Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for presenting candidates;
7. Prepare for candidate before interview with client to increase successful ratio;
工作内容：
1. 为客户在行业内搜寻符合资格的候选人;
2. 熟练运用不同的人才搜寻途径(人才库、网站及Cold Call等);
3. 独立进行结构化面试（电话面试/面对面的面试）
4. 及时在数据库中更新候选人的职业经历、技能、优势和不足等信息
5. 管理候选人的期望值和整个招聘流程
6. 撰写候选人背景报告呈交客户
7. 为候选人做好充分的面试准备，以提高候选人与客户面试的成功率
8. 与客户进行有效的职位沟通
9. 开发新客户和新职位需求

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
1. Self-motivated, passionate on recruiting and problem solving, results-driven mentality;
2. Excellent English skill;
3. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders (Hiring Manager, HR, etc.);
4. Bachelor Degree;
5. 1 – 2 years working experience in recruiting, GM assistant, sales and psychology are preferred, but not necessary;
6. Love to develop career in outsourcing company.
职位要求：
1. 热爱招聘工作，并有志在美资外包企业长期发展；
2. 英语听说读写熟练，熟练使用MS Office；
3. 良好的沟通技巧，能够与客户招聘经理以及HR维持良好的关系；
4. 积极主动、悟性高，擅于进行信息处理，有很强的探索能力和责任心，擅于承受压力并接受挑战，能够独立开展工作；
5. 有1-2年以上工作经验，做过人力资源招聘、总经理助理、销售类工作或者有猎头公司相关任职经验者可优先考虑；
6. 本科以上学历；
