- Project management of customer and internal projects

- Ensure project targets according to project proposal are achieved

- Coordination of development team during project lifetime

- Work with sales to maintain the leading market share of Katcon product

- Follow and apply Katcon strategy in Chinese Market, with Chinese customer and other OEM

- Establish the appropriate project organization, to select project core team members in conjunction with functional management to plan, facilitate, track, report and implement the entire project and to achieve the agreed project objectives

- Responsible for successful and efficient execution of projects in terms of quality, cost and schedule and direct reporting line to project sponsor

- Reform risk management during the project management

- Ensure consideration and tracking of supplier related (outsourced) activities and performance

- Lead multi-discipline and interface co-ordination during the quotation phase incl. customer specification analysis, concept design initiation, optimization and finalization, workshop in the area of design, process and purchasing for the cost reduction and management of schedule

- Coordinate with sales to achieve long-term relationship to customer

- In coordination with department heads, plan and manage Investment

- Representative of projects/product at customer and supplier within the project scope

- Management of the defined project timing

- Management of the development of projects

- Major influence in the technical design from product cost point of view

Major Job Qualifications Experience/Education (Required/Preferred)

Education

Bachelor degree or above major in engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years relevant experiences in automotive industry in China, at least 2 years’ experience working as a Project leader

Language

Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)

Computer

Good personal computer skills.

Technical Skill

Familiar with FEMA and APQP Principles in Automotive Industry, Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods

Good knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods, CAD

Soft Skill

Clear thinking, Good sense of responsibility, patient and can work independently and stand with high pressure

Travel
