To assist the Department Head Ocean Freight for contract management;
To assist the Department Head Ocean Freight for meeting and travel arrangement;
To assist the Department Head Ocean Freight for weekly and monthly report and PPT prepration;
To follow up and collect replies from branches before deadline; Backup to pricing and assist on tender quotation;
To assist the Department Head Ocean Freight for carrier/co-loading policy and rate negotiation
To assist the Department Head Ocean Freight for partner selection
 To assist the Department Head Ocean Freight for space allocation
 To assist the Department Head Ocean Freight for legal handling Other tasks of Department Head Ocean Freight Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the company or other sources Your Profile: We are searching now a candidate with strong personality for sales.
