职位描述：
1. Collect orders from factory and shops；
2. Make inquiry from orders to suppliers, confirm the price and important items ；
3. Arrange payment and follow up delivery ,logistic on the orders ;
4. Update weekly and monthly purchase order , tracking invoice which issued by Suppliers;
5. Daily purchase table follow up;
6. Purchase all stationary for Josephine ;
7. Purchase new equipment and related materials for new shop;
8. Purchase what production need in factory such as mold, small equipments and so on;
9. Purchase admin things for office
10. Purchase what QA department needs
11. Calculate the unit price of monthly inventory for FN
12. OB system follow up
13. Check the package stock and place order for package
