职位描述：
Support the Global Key Account Management (GKAM) & Development concept of Bauer Gear Motors.
Focused KAM Program and go after the market in a methodical and consistent approach.
Represent the regional China GKAM activities. The duties are to represent and execute in coordination with the local sales team the following objectives and duties:
? Build up relationship to selected key accounts and implement agreed strategic development in coordination with our global key account manager.
? Follow up sales of selected global key accounts
? Report of monthly activities and major turnover deviations within the specific SBA

Education
Mechanical engineer to Degree level or equivalent
Relevant Sales backgroung Education
Jobrelated experience
Good coordination Qualities and personality
Good communication skills in chineese and English
Sales skills (minimum of 5 years market experience)
Commercial awareness
Application expert
Specific knowledge
Electro mecanical power transmision technology, Application knowledge, Market/customer knowledge, management capabilities.

Business understanding
Must be able to combine tecnical skills with commercial skills to pursue opportunities to increase the drives business 举报 分享
