职位描述：
?Management of HR activities in compliance with Corporate HR policy and local labour regulations
?In-house recruitment processes
?Deliver best practice and procedures.
?Supervision and control of payroll activities
?Organizational development and succession planning
?Staff and work force training - organization, co-ordination and supervision.
?HR Team development.
?Food manufacturing and/or supplying retailers
?Carry out staff inductions
?Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
?Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes

                                             
 Academic Qualification/ Education Qualification
* Bachelor degree above.
* Degree in Food/Catering industry/management
* Highly energetic and quick learning skills.
* Aged between 30 Above.
* On the job training will be provided.
* Must be Fluent in Mandarin (conversational, reading, writing).
* Good English or French written and verbal communication skills.

Professional Experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Experienced HR Manager within within a FMCG company.
* Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
