职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Lead team to develop production materials demand planning according to materials demand forecast and production planning, release material purchase forecast and PO to suppliers , follow up supplier delivery activity to ensure materials on time delivery to meet production demand.
2.Audit/analyze/track suppliers capacity regularly, ensure suppliers have required capacity to meet Globe demand and achieve on time delivery .
3. Communicate material delivery activities with suppliers, monitor / manage/report supplier on time delivery performance, handle delivery issue, support suppliers to build safety stock, proactive identify deliver risks and foresee delivery issues to minimize materials shortage risks.
4.Track material usage status of production lines, increase material supply flexibility, take countermeasures to cover extra material demand of reasonable production fluctuation to avoid production line shutdown due to materials shortage.
5.Record/handle/track logistics claims from supplier delivery issues(Wrong parts/Qty/Delivery time/Package/Labels/Loading), and assess suppliers delivery performance to push suppliers continuous improvement .
6.Manage raw material inventory effectively to improve inventory turnover under condition of no material shortage. Regularly track/update ERP inventory policy/parameters setting, work together with buyers to update suppliers business share setting /relocation; dynamic update / adjust suppliers deliverability; analyze inventory structure, control/reduce SLOB (SLow moving & Obsolete ) materials, keep clean/healthy / running inventory pool.
7.Step forward to participate new projects whole cycle activities from materials supply side , provide proactive/positive support for new projects launch.
8.Reduce materials management process cost for continuous improvement .
9.Work together with related internal function teams to achieve smooth production and customer order on time delivery.
10.Lead/motivate material planner team for performance continuous improvement, coach /develop team members and build key talents pool.
Requirements:
1.At least a Bachelor degree in engineering / material / logistics;
2.Language: Chinese native, English fluent (Written & verbal);
3.Relevant business experience including 6 year of experience in a material management/logistics planning/ supply chain management department in manufacture plants and 3+ years on managerial position in above fields;
4.Strong material planning /inventory management knowledge;
5. Know well production planning and production environment;
6. know well MS Office/ SAP/Oracle or other mainstream ERP tools;
7. Good mathematics and logic thinking
8.Result-oriented, good team player;
