职位描述：
工业工程师（装配）
主要职责：
-New product involved and transfer to mass production, WI, fixture, Lean production, BOM Routing, Layout, Time study and relevant IE job.
-参与新产品项目从启动到量产,负责WI,工装夹具,精益生产,BOM数据维护设置,布线,时间分析等相关IE工作

Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作内容:
-New product industrialization: lead project from engineering design completion to serial production while ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
负责新产品从完成工程设计到批量生产的工业化项目，同时确保安全、质量和效率。
-Touble shooting for the production assembly line
装配生产线问题的解决
-Design and continuously improve production layout, work instruction and standardized work.
设计并持续改进生产线布局、作业指导书和标准化作业。
-Conduct Time analysis, evaluate labor time, production capacity & manpower regularly.
进行时间分析，定期评估工时、产能和人力需求。
-Evaluate and take charge of the new process, equipment, tools & fixture, make proposals to management.
评估和负责新的工艺、设备、工具和夹具，以及向管理层提出建议方案。
-BOM master data maintenance and Routing setup
BOM主数据维护以及设置Routing
-Obey the leadship’s other related arrangements
