职位描述：
Job description:
* participates in part design review and DFMEA discussion to ensure the molding and mass production feasibility, provide proposal design for possible improvement based on mold flow analysis.
* be responsible for the injection tooling design, 3D model and 2D drawing, take challenge for high-complicated mold design and new technology development.
* leads mold design review meeting with cross-functional team.
* lead mold test sample review meeting and mold debug solution ( include part appearance defect, critical dimension review, FAI disposition---) until the mold is qualified and transfer to mass production.
* summarizes and shares lesson learn.
* performs other related duties as assigned by manager.

Job requirement:
* strong CAD skills, UG, moldflow
* rich experience in various tooling type, such as insert mold, 2K mold and especially for high-required mini mold
* strong analytical ability to apply logical reasoning, test assumptions, observes results and trouble shooting.
* strong communication, coordination, and team work ability.
* be familiar with inspection skill
* be familiar with molding process
* know the character of common engineering resin
* know mold fabrication method and process
* at least 10 years' experience in mold design and engineering.
