职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE: 协助建立和完善施工管理体系，协调、指导该管理体系的实施
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? 协助 建立化工厂建设项目施工管理体系，协调、指导、完善该管理体系的实施；
? 在工程项目经理的指导下，协助施工负责人对工程的施工进度、施工质量、施工安全进行监管；
? 协助编写项目工程的管理实施细则；
? 参与对监理单位，施工分包单位招投标过程，提供专业意见和建议；
? 审核施工分包单位的施工资质、施工管理能力、施工组织设计方案，施工质保体系等是否符合要求，发现问题并提出整改意见；
? 审查项目监理单位工程监理规划及细则；
? 负责设计图纸的可施工性审查，发现并协调解决设计与施工的技术矛盾及冲突；
? 发现施工过程、施工管理体系实施过程出现的问题，提出解决方案并协调解决；
? 协调施工现场各专业管理技术人员的相关工作，协调工程中各分包商的配合工作。

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS ：
? 本科以上学历，化学工程及工艺专或其他相近专业；
? 12年以上的化工建设项目施工管理或项目管理经验；
? 有投资10亿人民币以上化工建设项目的施工经理或现场经理职位经验和实际操作经验，全面负责项目施工的安全、进度、质量、变更等管理工作；
? 熟悉化工项目建设流程、施工管理体系和施工管理流程，并熟练应用到新项目的施工管理工作中；
? 能够根据新项目的特点建立并编制适合的施工管理管理体系文件，指导该管理体系的实施，并根据实施情况进行修正和完善。

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:
 除以上要求外，候选人最好具有以下经验或技能
? 有国内知名化工施工企业，化工设计院或外资工程公司的施工管理的工作经验 ；
