Responsibilities:
1. Manage plant SQE and IQC team. Work closely with central SQD and SQE to improve supply base.
2. Review and approve Quality Agreement with new suppliers.
3. Be responsible for supplier quality issues, supplier audit, supplier rating and continual improvement.
4. Monitor incoming inspection and follow up effectiveness of supplier corrective actions Supplier Management System (SMS) reporting each month.
5. Work with other functions on VAVE and cost reduction.
6. Review and streamline incoming inspection process.
7. Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied. Focus on supplier process improvement.
8. Work closely with the program team to ensure incoming material quality for after SOP.

Education and/or experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university with emphasis in Engineering and Electronic related field;
2. 8+ years working experience on plant quality management in automotive industry;
3. Good understanding on supplier quality management; and rich knowledge APQP process for automotive industry;
4. 3+ years of experienced on team leader, capable to responsive, coaching, motivation and encouragement.

ISO9000/TS16949 knowledge
Supplier assessment skills _ process, product, system audit
Quality tools （SPC、FMEA、PPAP、APQP、MSA ）
Fluent in written English and spoken English;
Problem-solving skills; Leadership;
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
