职位描述：
1)Work with crcoss functional ream to define project scope,goals,and deliverables that support the business objectives.
2)Drive and lead the effective execution of the engineering design,procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities throughout the project, leveraging many diverse and global contractors.
3)Maintain the quality and timeliness of all project activities and deliverables throughout the process.
4)Ensure the technical correctness of all engineering designs and installations.
5)Coordinate resources requirements and project execution with other ongoing plant activities / work to ensure all stakeholder expectations are aligned.
6)Assure this project team is appropriately staffed with owneroups.
r representation throughout all phases of the project.
7)Ensure all technical documents are reviewed and approved at the appropriate levels and input is incorporated.
8)Oversee the supply chain fuction including but not limited to the execution of requests for proposals, the creation of and approval of purchasing requisitions, bid tabulations, and single sources justificaitons.
9)Identify and manage scope changes through the project change order system.
10)Ensure compliance with company procedures, project documentation requirements, engineering standard and specifications.
11)Maintain timely and accurate reporting including weekly and monthly reports which support the project contros function.
12)Develop and implement lessons learned, project risk register, and other applicanle Value Improving Practices(VIPS).

Qualifications:
1)Bachlelor's Degree in Engineering;
2)Min. of 12 years of engineering experience in the chemical/petro-chemical industry with at least 7 years of project
management experience.
3)Ablity to align project objectives and justifications with various stakeholder groups.
4)Working knowledge of engineer design tools-3D CAD, Caesar II. etc.
5)Experience with SAP Project Module and other basic SAP transactions a plus.
