职位描述：

Prepare documents of necessary for Customs & Commodity Inspection;

负责报关和商检资料的准备；

Responsible for government license application, Guarantee Customs to approve timely, and goods leave harbor on time;

负责政府许可证的申请确保海关及时审核货物准时离岗；

In charge of overseas communication and contact window to reply about shipping information and supply them necessary clearance documents;

负责海外客户的沟通及时提供运输信息及清关资料；

To provide quotation for transportation and products to overseas customers;

负责海外客户的的询盘报价；

Arrange ship or airplane,prepare the delivery order;

负责海运和空运的预订及运输及提单的准备。

Requiments and Qualifications:

任职资格要求：

Bachelor degree 本科学历

Excellent oral and write in English 良好英语口头和书面表达能力

2-3 years working experience with import&export 2到3年进出口相关经验

Good communication skills and team player 良好的沟通能力和团队

Be willing to work over time necessary 可接受公司必要的加班

Strong sense of customer service 良好的客户服务意识
