Job Description:
The partner business manager is dedicated on Huawei relationship. He/she will in charge of the co-sell between Huawei and Commvault in Enterprise/Territory business with a sales annual target (overlay) to achieve.
The PBM will manage the RTM of Huawei resell business for GCR(China, HK and TW). Overseas is excluded.
The PBM will report into PBM of Huawei business in commvault. And be part of commvault global Huawei work group.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Drive the co-sell activities between Huawei and Commvault.
- Aligning the two sales team together with teaming activities in a cadence.
- Manage opportunity registration from Huawei.
- Manage the Huawei pipeline and forecast.
- Build the forecast of Huawei business in weekly basis and provide the visibility to the business updates.
- Solve conflicts in sales opportunities.
Position Requirements Include:
- Good understand to Huwei’s organization structure and business goas of each different line of business.
- Good communication skill and negotiation skills.
- Critical Interdependencies:
- Good network with key stakeholders of Huawei
