Overview
The Training department provides comprehensive programs for all professional staff with an aim of maintaining and building high quality service.
Task List:
1 Work closely with the training managers to understand their needs and requirements.
2 To be responsible to arrange all the logistics for the training programme with minimum supervision from training managers (such as collect the course enrolment, arrange the course materials, monitor the course attendance, and collect the course feedback.)
3 Answer enquiries from internal users, including partners;
4 To prepare various course related reports;
5 To monitor the course actual expenditure Vs budget
6 To provide inputs to the programmes arrangements
7 Others training support
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Experience required to perform the role:
? Bachelor degree
? At least 1 year of administrative experience; preferably at supervisory level
Technical skills & know-how:
? Strong computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT
? Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
? Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
? Good command of English is required
? Able to work independently
? Being assertive

? Works independently with minimal need for guidance.
? Self-motivated and follow through to get results.
? Able to delegate basic online administration staff to junior staff
