main tasks:
--- Look after and 3 Asia warehouse hub
--- Quarterly review with partner’s business.
--- Capacity booking, solution of raising issues and season schedule management.
--- Develop the projects leading.
--- Inbound & outbound freight cost negotiations
--- Keep tracking sea/train price trend of international transportation.
--- KPI setting and follow up with vendor
