职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、协助上级不断完善招聘体系、优化招聘流程；
2、负责拟定招聘计划并跟进实施，对录用结果负责；
3、分析、选择、维护各类招聘渠道；
4、独立负责面试甄选，对候选人的录用决策提供支撑；
5、根据业务变化，及时调整整体招聘策略，针对工作中出现的问题情况能足够敏感，及时发现，并给予解决方案。

任职资格：
1、人力资源管理或相关专业大专以上学历；2年以上招聘模块经验；
2、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规；
3、具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识；
4、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。 举报 分享
