职位描述：
Major Responsibilities

a) Preparation of payment to suppliers on timely basis and ensure their accuracy
b) Preparation of monthly payment estimation report to ensure positive cash flow for operation requirements
c) Transfer fund from capital to Basic Account if necessary and prepare all related documents required by SAFE
d) Update payment list, monitor partial payment, receipt of tax invoice, and long outstanding cheques
e) Keeping all blank TT / Cheque in custody
f) Petty cash payment and preparation of petty cash payment journal
g) Maintain positive cash float, cash top up from bank
h) Update monthly employee cash advance report and closely monitor employee cash advance
i) Handle opening and closing bank accounts
j) Data input to SAP
k) Handle ad hoc assignments

Experiences Required

a) 3-5 years related working experiences is required
b) Skill in use of MS-Word, Excel
c) Good command of English, both written and spoken
d) Proficient in SAP is preferred
