职位描述：
Prepare new products and make autonomously the necessary adjustment in order to match the desiderata performance;Liaises with sales and marketing team for the planning of new products preparation and modification;Assist the Laboratory Managerfor the R&D operations (development of new products, performance testing, new raw materials testing, etc);Assist the Technical Manager and QC Supervisor in managing complaints;Evaluate test results for all intermediates and products and determine the necessary adjustments to ensure formulation alignment;Perform lab equipment maintenance and calibration according to the QA plan developed by the quality assurance team;Strictly supports and follows all environmental, health and safety systems, make sure a clean and good housekeeping of laboratory;Assist manager on development of QA procedures and new materials specifications, etc.Perform such other duties that may be assigned by manager.
任职要求：
Education
Technical College or University degree in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or a related technical field is needed.
 
Work Experience
2-3 years above working experience in relevant chemical plant or similar lab work.
Work experience in textile and/or coating is preferred.
 
Equipment
Beside the normal laboratory equipment, it is preferred to be familiar with lab equipment used in Printing, Textile, Leather, Synthetic LeatherandCoating.
 
Language
Native Mandarin or with excellent knowledge of written and spokenMandarin
Good knowledge of written and spoken English is also mandatory
