We are looking for a Junior Developer (Exp. Level 1yr to 2 yr) responsible for managing back-end services. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

后端初级开发工程师（1至2年经验）。主要负责服务器端业务逻辑开发，维护业务核心数据库，具有处理前段高并发请求能力。有较好的团队协作能力。

Skills and Qualifications职位要求：

? Strong knowledge of ABAP/Java/C# Language掌握ABAP / Java / C＃语言；
? Understanding of MVC design patterns了解MVC设计模式；
? Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3了解前端技术，如JavaScript，HTML5和CSS3；
? Knowledge of object oriented programming理解面向对象编程；
? Web service development experience有Web服务开发经验者优先；
? Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system Creating database schemas了解多数据库间数据集成与开发；
? Familiarity with relationship/Non relationship databases and their declarative query languages熟悉关系/非关系数据库及SQL查询语言；
? Familiar with IDE’s (Eclipse/Visual Studio) 熟悉IDE（Eclipse / Visual Studio）
? Hand on experience in Fixing Bugs有较强的程序错误（BUG）调试能力；
? Experience programming for ERP systems (Optional) 有过ERP系统编程经验者优先；
? Work in Agile project teams with other developers and business analysts在敏捷项目团队中与其他开发人员和业务分析师合作；
