1. Be responsible for achieving Quarterly and annual sales targets for endoscopy maintenance base on company requirement
2. Visibility of all service in responsible region
3. Be responsible for service channel management, establish service network, formulating service strategy
4. Implement in center repair processes. Improve capability of teams
5. Improve TAT, Improve customer satisfaction
6. Manage loaners and spare parts inventory effectively. Should be aware of the process
7. Improve service revenues thru contracts
8. Work closely to support Sales and Marketing Department
