About the role

You will be supporting the Roland Garros account team for the Digital & Social media marketing. You will be responsible for website, Weibo and WeChat content development and execution. You will also be providing content research, writing, and creative support, as well as other community management, administrative and executional duties for other account on the team, as needed.

This is a demanding yet exciting role which constantly challenges you, therefore you are required to stay proactive and respond to emails and make social posts at various times. You are responsible for their digital content voice in China.

- Manage content localization, writing and distribution 负责内容本土化、文案撰写及发送
- Create unique social content for sports clients 为体育相关客户创造独特的社交媒体内容
- Manage website content synchronization, localization and video updates 负责中文官网内容及视频更新
- Manage the content portion of your account(s) and work closely with the content and design teams and make sure its in line with brand guidelines of the respective sports account. 管理你所运营的账号内容，与创意和设计团队共同合作，确保内容紧密契合体育组品牌营销战略
- Social media campaign creative idea contribution, documentation & execution. 社会化媒体活动创意提供，内容创作和执行
- Work closely with account team to deliver insightful monthly and quarterly digital and social monitoring reports与团队合作，并制作有建设性的社会化媒体营销的月报和季报
- Build the relationship with key fan groups, influential KOLs and columnists 开发与维护球迷团体、意见领袖及专栏作家的关系

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of social media, website or professional writing experience
- Excellent reading & writing skills in both Chinese and English
- Advanced knowledge of digital media, marketing and general industry
- Passion for Sports and Sports field knowledge, especially tennis industry
- Preferable heavy social media user (WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Assertiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail
- A believer in the concept of mutual accountability

Salary.
