职位描述：
Purpose
The Process Engineer at R&I/RICS/TDD is in charge of Process and Technology Development Studies, for all Global Business Units in the Asia-Pacific Region and Corporate R&I. This encompasses development & scale-up of New Products and Processes, from Research Lab to Industrial Plant, as well as delivering support to the various plants of all Business Units in the Asia-Pacific Region.

Responsibilities
? To define the studies, to search the documentation/literature, to run lab experiments, to realize analytical work, to analyse the results, to define and realize complementary actions.
? To make some literature review, to visit academics and suppliers in order to have a view on new process development in China.
? To determine the key process parameters, to adapt the process in the existing workshop or to define the necessary modifications.
? To communicate with plant improvement team and prioritize actions in accordance with key goals.
? To describe the experiments (preparation, operating conditions, observations), to fill in the log book, to collect the analytical papers, to write the activity report, to present orally/written the results.
? To have a good knowledge of chemical engineering and industrial equipment.


 Profile
? MS or PhD ; major in chemical/process engineering.
? More than 2 years working experience (research laboratory) but could be a fresh graduate if well motivated and an experience in foreign countries (internship, education).
? Initiative, Reliable, Hard worker.
