RESPONSIBILITIES
职责
? Leading verification activities of new products in R&D phase:
? 主导产品在研发阶段产品验证方面的活动
Work with internal R&D, quality team and ODM/OEM vendors to:
和公司内部研发和质量团队以及ODM/OEM供应商一起:
o Review the FFU and DFM of the product design from ODM/OEM suppliers or in-house.
o 评估产品设计上的可适用性和可制造性.
o Give a new product risk assessment by establishing DFMEA to identify the risk points and RPN during development.
o 在产品研发阶段制定DFMEA，从而有效鉴别风险点和风险序数.
o With the risk points with high RPN score defined in DFMEA, prepare the CAPA and the follow-up the plan.
o 根据DFMEA中所定义的风险点制定产品验证方案, 鉴别风险点从而保证产品的.
o According to the special features, application and function to establish the test plan to ensure the safety, reliability and FFU.
o 根据产品设计特性，应用环境和功能，制定测试大纲验证产品的安全性, 可靠性和使用性.
o Responsible for designing testing plan based on new product specification and coordinating with internal laboratory and third party for testing and review results to prepare reports.
o 负责产品设计测试计划,协调和跟踪内部实验室和第三方实验室实施测试.检查所得测试结果整理报告.
o Feedback the result of tests and verifications to the R&D team, working with them to get solutions.
o 反馈研发团队测试结果并一起协同解决问题.

? Product Specification and SIP:
? 产品规格和验货指导文件
o Collect all technical files such as BOM, SPEC, Critical Component Datasheet, CTQ, Accessories list, Artwork, Packaging method, etc. to prepare the Product Passport for the reference of the inspection.
o 收集BOM,SPEC,关键零部件清单,CTQ,图纸, 附件清单, 包装等文件，编制产品规格书提供验货参考.


? Handling the customer’s complaints:
? 客户投诉处理及反馈
o Collect detail information on the complaint case.
o 当有客诉发生时，收集所有批次和产品的信息
o Defective sample analysis
o 不良样分析
o Give an action plan and solution on the complaint production
o 根据产品投诉问题制定被投诉批次的解决方案
o Work with internal R&D team and the vendor to setup a prevention action for the current/further production.
和供应商和公司内部的品质部门一起制定对于后续生产的大货制定永久预防措施意见。



REQUIREMENTS
要求
? 10 years working experience of quality engineering the in LED lighting industry.
? 10年在LED照明行业内的制造工艺工程的工作经验
? Familiar with LED lighting products, have strong sense of risk assessment.
? 熟悉LED照明类产品，有很强的风险评估意识
? Deep understanding the components of LED lighting products, e.g. functions, structure, parameters and principles.
? 深入理解LED照明产品的元器件的功能，构造，参数及原理。
? Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering field
? 电子工程相关专业本科学历或以上
? Familiar with swathing power principle and typology
? 熟悉各种开关电源的拓扑和原理
? Good written English
? 良好的书面英语
? Skillful using DFEMA, CTQ, DFM and Lean manufacturing tools.
? 熟练运用DFMEA, CTQ, DFM and Lean等工具
? Well organized, independent, proactive and a team player
? 具备良好的工作习惯, 独立的工作和思考能力，积极主动的工作态度和团队精神
? Familiar with NPI process is a plus
? 熟悉新产品导入流程
? Occasionally travel is required.
