Key Tasks
1.Business System Administration
- Review existing business process
- Make changes/update/improvement of the global documentation
- Audit and give feedback to the GIS Manager – Global to escalate to the functional operation
2.System / Process improvement
- Provide FES user training for new starters
- Ensure on-going understanding of Futuris business systems by conducting regular group training workshops and adhoc one on one training as required
- Work with the GIS FES development team to document user manuals and work instructions
- Business systems trouble shoot (Feedback to the business with suggestion or escalate the error to the development team)
- Travel to other Futuris site when and if required
- Scope/gather/understand information required by the business and offer any suggestion regarding any system changes
- Act as a key person involving both new process and system interface design
- Review current global critical business processes and make system improvement recommendations as required
- Scope / document system changes and enhancements and generation technical specifications for development programmers
3.Global service desk for business system
- When required, support other Futuris’ site Business Systems related requirement by the effective use of Futuris Incident Management System

Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Business Management or similar
- Be able to travel to international sites
- Understanding of the whole business system process is a must

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERP support
- Experience in Global service desk environment

Skills & Knowledge
- Essential: Very good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written).
- Essential: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication & training skill.
- Good interpersonal and interpretation skill.
- Good teamwork with service mindset.
- Hard working and eager to learn.
- High analytical skill
