Key Responsibilities:

1. Input necessary data into GTS systems and ensure the accurate data input after compliance check.
2. Communicate with clients and peer teams for handling inquiries.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about standards, practices, policies and procedures
to perform day-to-day work.
4. Strictly follow relative SOPMs and comply with the regulations.
5. Ensure the daily work closed timely.


Key Requirements:

1. University / college education
2. Good command of both written and spoken English;
3. Self-motivation, enthusiasm, positive attitude and teamwork spirits;
4. Good in PC operations and typing speed
5. Good telephone manner.
