Mainly Tasks:

Main Task:Description:
1Provide the technical advice and support to end users regarding the use of computer hardware and software, perform routine installs, modify and make minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems.
2Investigate and research solutions for computer and hardware problems
3Responsible for the installation of hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers and scanners
4Responsible for enduring the timely process through which problems are controlled.
5Follows established guidelines for escalating problems to the proper and/or more experienced personnel.
6Additional duties as assigned. To perform administrative duties and assist in other IT related projects in IT department, as when required.
7Provide the technical training for internal end users.

Education:Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
B
Know How:Good know how in:

1. Work in an international company
2. Files and Documentation
3. Windows Server operation
4. Network switch and router management
5. PC workstation installation and troubleshooting
6. Knowledge of Siemens PABX and Video conference system is a plus

C
Experiences:As least 2 years IT support working experience

languages:English: Good reading and writing
Chinese: native

IT-Know How:1. Microsoft products, Server, applications / skill level: pro
2. Hardware Server, PC, Notebook / skill level: pro
