职位描述：
Primary Responsibility:
Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. Responsible for operational quality of system equipment.


Developing Level (2):
Knowledge: Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
Job Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Formal engineering education or equivalent experience required.
Additional Requirements:
- Min. 3 years work experiences at SEMI or Solar Industry
- Familiar with Vacuum technology & products
- Good communication skills with colleagues, partners, & customers
