岗位职责：
1. 在集团市场的指导下，制定全年总体市场发展战略以及市场发展目标，并带领团队分阶段坚决落实执行；
2. 负责线上、线下、新媒体等不同渠道的市场推广工作，并能够根据实际运营效果动态调整，及时优化；
3. 打造在国际学校及重点中学目标群里中的知名度和影响力，并能够通过内容传播、活动运营等方式促进招生和转化。
4. 维护与政府、高校、中学、媒体、招生代表及其他相关机构的良好关系，并能够通过提供有价值的产品和服务开拓相关合作。
5. 全面负责的市场管理工作，指导并激励下属完成工作目标，负责市场经费的控制与管理，合理控制ROI。

岗位要求：

1. 良好的英语口语表达能力，能和外籍教师进行日常的工作和交流；
2. 三年以上的市场团队管理经验，高端留学或英语培训机构市场营销管理者优先考虑；
3. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力、应变能力、优秀的沟通能力，为人稳健；

EIC-New Pathway has one of the most successful standardized test preparation programs in Shanghai, China,with a 100% college placement rate, 99% retention rate and over 70% of its students being　accepted to their first choice universities. The company first started operating in December 2009　in Shanghai, China and has quickly grown into a premier test prep academy in multiple locations　including Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and New York, USA.
EIC-New Pathway is dedicated to finding, recruiting, and mentoring the most talented and self-motivated　students between Kindergarten and College levels. We are an aggregator of excellence.
We provide a deeper reach into the education process than previously possible for international　students as well as local Chinese students living in China. One of our goals is to create a national　clearinghouse for Chinese students learning English and applying to American boarding schools,　colleges, and graduate programs. We also plan to be an industry leader in incorporating more　technology into education.
In 2014, New Pathway has successfully closed our merger with EIC Education, one of China’s top　education companies. Over the past five years, New Pathway has expanded from one SAT class in　Shanghai to multiple locations in Shanghai, Beijing, and the US to serve thousands of students and　families from China.
 
EIC-New Pathway will continue to operate independently to serve all of our client’s needs in test prep　and counseling. The reason we decided to join EIC is to improve our own service to our families but　also work as a partner with EIC to expand our services to more families across China.

We will also be　able to provide a wider range of products and services for our customers such as IELTS test　preparation, counseling services for students applying to non-US schools (UK, Australia, etc.), and　more　extracurricular activities and camps for students to participate in.
