Major responsibilities:
? Help to review staff travel advances & reimbursement reports for accuracy for both SZ and DG Connor & Omega offices.
? Maintain various actual cost details, such as telephone, travel, breaking down of departmental expenses & others.
? Prepare SZ WFOE/Omega accounting reimbursement and data entries.
? Prepare accounting monthly report and tax report for both Connor SZ and Omega SZ offices.
? Booking air tickets for staff traveling for both Connor SZ and Omega SZ offices and assist Corporate & HK offices book hotel for client.
? Supervise accounting clerk both in SZ and DG offices to achieve monthly accounting work
? Help to handle various projects to support business needs, such as business license renewal and other related matters.
? Other job duties in accounting and administrative area can be assigned when it is necessary.
Qualification requirements:
? University graduate in accounting or similar disciplines.
? 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large office and dynamic environment (Candidate without such experience but with good potential will also be considered).
? Good working knowledge of MS Office and some understanding of database management.
? Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese.
? Be positive, solutions-oriented and able to work with various people.
? Self starter, excellent organization skills and with the ability to meet tight deadlines
