Overview:
To drive leadership and general competency development of manager and employees, to promote group value and company culture, the ACademy manager will be responsible to develop and run ACademy in Great China. Ensure ACademy’s offer is in line with business priorities, and help to address the competency gap to enable sustainable growth. ACademy portfolio includes leadership, general soft skills development, company culture promotion and some common functional competency development courses.

Key Responsibility
？· Develop ACademy offer based on 9 core competency model and business priorities
？· Progressively develop a systematic learning offer to different target audience
    · Publish and effectively promote ACademy offer to kick-off annual registration process
？· Timely publish annual ACademy schedule and ensure its execution
？· Guide and support the HRSSC team on ACademy administration – including coordination with training company, training facility, notice, attendance, course evaluation, payment and invoicing etc.
？· Develop related training guidelines or policies
？· Ensure a transparent vendor selection & qualification process
？· Ensure internal trainer selection and development
？· Responsible for ACademy related communication through various media like Wechat, newsletter, poster to ensure good awareness among employees
？· Design and develop courses to further promote company’s value and culture, and act as the facilitator when needed

 Qualification & Experience requirements
？· Good at capturing business needs and analyzing organizational issues and competency gaps
？· Good knowledge/access to different learning resources
？· Identify/source/develop the right learning solution
？· Passionate self-starter with mature personality, people orientated
？· Take initiative and have good sense of responsibility
？· Being innovative – think out of box – try new ways of doing things – excellent learning agility
？· Excellent organizational and planning skills
？· Excellent communicator – effectively engage key stakeholders to move forward
？· Fluent in English both oral and written
？· Having solid 5-10 years’ experience in learning and development
