职位描述：
This Intern position is to support HR team in Beijing. The main responsibilities include but not limited in:
1. Receive visitors to the company, prepare conference room and PPES
2. Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, Training programs, HR development activities, Leadership Development Program etc.
3. Logistic works for onsite HR team, administrative tasks including canteen & shuttle bus management, schedule management, logistic preparation for events/activities, documentation & reports.

You must be a student currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, at least 4 days per week and 6 months.
Excellent verbal and written English and good communication skills
Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school
Experience in HR or admin background is preferred.
