职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Lead and conduct IN-LINE and FINAL product audit to ensure the highest standards of product safety and quality.
2. Supervise QC’s daily work, provide solution to subordinates for deal with tough issues. Coach and manage subordinates.
3. Make suggestions to QA in field for factories to improve their manufacturing process and QA staff in how to address problems that could arise
4. Coordinate with Sourcing, Production, Factory and quality teams for Pre-production meeting and review the approved Pre-production Sample
2. Review Carter’s product sample and make notes on the sample cards
3. Be familiar with all Carter’s systems about product development, packaging and BOM.
5. Conduct continuous training and final audits for factory Certified Auditors (CA’s)
6. Assist with new factory QQA audit on as-needed basis
7. Conduct guidance & training for new ground QA and safety assessment for new vendor
8. Regularly review and handle customer complaints
9. Monitor the relationship between ground QA team & vendors and OQL performance
10. Build up the team work spirit with leadership achievement.

Requirements：
1. College or above graduate
2. Familiar with US/Canada market requirements.
3. Experience in woven/knit items in baby/children wear is a plus
4. Ethical mindset on team work building is preferred
5. Able to work independently with factories under pressure
6. Good at Microsoft office skills in Word, Excel and PPT
7. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
8. Minimum 8 years work experience as Quality Assurance Manager/Management Level
9. Good command of English both in writing and speaking
10. Frequent travelling among Zhejiang Province, Jiangsu Province, Shanghai and other provinces in North China. 举报 分享
