Job Description

This position takes care of all intermodal rail related tasks both inbound and outbound as well as international transition, and has the following key responsibilities:

To provide the highest level of customer service at all times and ensure quick and correct resolutions of customer issues + complaints.
To liaise with customers + stakeholders to ensure that all related tasks are completed and customer standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met at all times.
To coordinate with all related parties to ensure a seamless customer service experience for all customers + stakeholders.
 Your tasks and responsibilities

To accept all intermodal bookings and complete all system entry requirements accurately and on time, including all financial administration tasks, including correct and timely profit share with overseas stations.
To deliver the highest level customer experience at all times with a clear focus on customer service + retention.
To liaise with all stakeholders to ensure loading and clearance tasks are completed correctly and on time.
To implement and follow customer and internal SOP and KPI at all times.
To ensure correct data quality within internal systems at all times.To liaise with rail agents to monitor key milestones.
To work with sales to follow up on leads for rail related business and participate in customer visits in order to improve customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
To follow up the inquiry whenever required.
Ready to take up new tasks assigned.
Your skills and experience

Diploma Degree or above
2-5 years sea logistics experience
0-2 years rail logistics & sales experience
Understanding of export + import procedures and freight forwarding knowledge
Customer Orientated
Excellent Telephone Manner
Customer complaint resolution
Fluent oral & written English skills
Fluent Chinese
