职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Working closely with BOGE HST project team in Bielefeld, providing them with local HST market information such as the target segments, customer preferences, competitors’ strategies etc.
2.Developing marketing initiatives and taking responsibility for implementation after approval by the management
3.Developing market penetration strategy and implementation
4.Developing USPs and providing trainings for the selected distributors
5.Managing HST sales activities to hit the sales target
6.Coordination with HST service team to make sure each installation is up to BOGE standard
7.Should be the leader of local HST marketing/sales team in the future

Candidate Requirements:
1.Well proved marketing/sales capability in China compressor industry
2.Aspiration and experience of managing new BU will be a plus
3.English language skill is MUST
4.Bachelor’s degree (or above) in mechanical/electrical engineering; knowledge in centrifugal turbo will be a plus
5.Good at communication, especially in English
6.Should have perfect team-working spirit
7.Decent project management skills
8.Ability & potential to grow into an expanded sales management role 举报 分享
