职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
This Facility Engineer . Responsible for implementing continuous improvement and TPM on the facility in Dandong. To monitor and direct technicians how to check and implement with full experience, and service other Department more well. This role will have significant focus and impact on running facility and fire fighting system for Dandong site. Must be able to work independently and in a cross functional team envirement. Design and monitor the facility project implement well.
? Works with other department, and service them well.
? Responsible for troubleshooting facility, and improve function and efficiency of facility.
? Train and direct the teams to run the facility in Dandong well.
? Design and direct the facility project implement, according to Harman’s policy and standard.
? Support other department for new line installation and running, according to envirement and safety requirement.
? Focus on checking and TPM for all facility, and keep continuous improvement.
? Investigates and initiates improvement for cost reduction, power.
? Works closely with EHS, and keep healthy, safe in workshop in Dandong.
? Provides input to capital budget process.
Basic Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree in one of Mechanical ,Electrical, Automation , Industrial Engineering Industrial Relations or other Operation-related disciplines
? At least 5+ years of facility experience including Auto CAD, electric technology and fire fighting system.
? Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
? Experience in staffing, leadership development, employee relations, strategic planning, and project management
Preferred Qualifications:
? Basic experience for electrical or mechanical, and utilize it for facility management and design
? Effectively plans and organizes the team working
Eligibility Requirements: List specific location of position and % of willingness to travel.
? Willingness to travel 10% of the time
? Willingness to work in an office in Dandong
