职位描述：
Job Requirement：
1. Build up production plan on assigned project at daily basis with at least 2-3months coverage
2. Provide delivery schedule plan to customer service/sales in a prompt timely manner
3. Monitor daily production output performance, resolve or highlight issues during that process by approaching related functions or leaders
4. Work order management
5. Provide regular material forecast information to purchasing/ commodity team through analysis upon customer forecast information
6. Provide pull in/push out request to purchasing/ commodity team upon latest customer requirement
7. Arrange weekly JIT material delivery schedule to purchasing
8. Provide lead time reduce proposal upon customer requirement
9. Review and implement VMI or forecast agreement signed with customer
10.Review and analysis inventory detail and work with other team in order to maintain inventory at a healthy level and meet company requirement
11. Provide material liability to customer for any cancellation or EOL project and follow through closing
12. Provide regular reports on planning related, eg: OTD, Lead time performance, inventory analysis, Shipping schedule
13. Follow CS to get shipping green light
14. Provide sample for annual transportation certificate renew
15. Other task as required

Job Requirement：
1. Colleague degree or above
2. At least 5 years of manufacturing planning experience in multinational company
3. Good knowledge of MRP/ERP, lean manufacturing is a plus and exposure to master scheduling
4. Good analytical and planning skills
5. Knowledge of JIT/scheduling planning skill
