3、Familiar with Automotive industry customer requirement TS16949and process
熟悉TS16949 和汽车行业客户要求和相关工艺
4、Open minded, good communication skills ,with team work and Strong leadership

5、Good teacher who would like/be good at training others

岗位职责Job Responsibility:
1. 执行产品质量管理活动,确保产品质量达到公司要求；
Implement product and process quality management activities to ensure meet company quality requirement ;
2. 负责工厂内部的质量持续改进工作，达成公司（ IPPM, CPPM）目标。
Be responsible for Quality continuous improvement in plant, achieve company Quality target (IPPM ,CPPM).
3. 确保系统的顺利进行，组织相关部门分析和跟踪质量问题，保证生产过程的准确性和一致性
Make sure the system is running in place ,organize relative department analysis and tracking products quality issues and concerns , make sure the process is consistency and accuracy。
4. 激励和发展下属持续提高问题解决能力,确保产品质量持续改进。.
Develop and Motivate subordinates continue to improve the problem solving abilities to improve products quality and reliability .
5. 部门的预算和费用控制，
Management department budgeting and expense ,
6. Any other tasks assigned by Plant Manager
