主要职责范围
Key Result Areas
主要职责
Key Responsibilities

Daily work management
— To be responsible for the whole outbound planning.
— Assure the whole PPL run can be finished timely and correctly.
— To be responsible for shipping admin , yard management and re-profiling , and manage the shipping carriers to assure the daily work going well.

Monitor and guide the team members
— Monitor the planners to make the correct and timely outbound plan to meet the customer’s requirement.
— Monitor the members in ship admin team, yard management team and re-profiling team to make daily work going smoothly.

Communication
— To communicate with client’s planning team to analyse the data, and the other information for the internal planning, and also to meet the special requirement comes from the customer.
— To cooperate with the internal operation teams to fulfil the client’s requirement and make the delivery on time
— To communicate with the carriers efficiently and timely to make each shipment going on time based on planning level.


Review and update
— To review the whole planning process periodically and give the updated information to clients.

Training and Coaching
— Training and coaching the subordinates

Making the long-term plan
— Support planning manager to make the long-term plan

职位要求
Job Qualification
1 教育水平
Education Level
— University degree or above in logistic or supply chain area.

2 工作经验
Work experience
— At least 5 years working experience in logistic area or supply chain management.
— Logistic or supply chain planning experience is a must
— Have the working experience in warehouse is a plus
3 综合素质/个人特征
Personal Character
— Good background in data analysis and performance measurement
— Good problem solving ability with flexibility
— Good communication skills , proactively doing thins and open minded to think about the future things.
— Have the team work sprit and can be work under pressure.
— Fluent in verbal and written English & Mandarin
