1. We are looking for a talented individual who will possess the maturity and gravitas to build relationships with existing clients and prospects, selling our social media credentials, support us in pitches in regard of the social media topics and help us to deliver outstanding social media campaigns and marketing solutions, consistent with the high standards we have within Serviceplan.
2. The right person for this is able to create and implement innovative social media campaign ideas for current and future communities (both internal and external), and knows that high quality execution of these projects is as essential as a well-organized management of all social communities and assets. You have relevant experience in defining key performance indicators and implementing enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success and know how to amplify content through media planning and buying, reporting and analysis.
3. And last but not least you must have the know how to lead a team of creative individuals, overseeing the production of content and social media assets, community management and drive them to campaign optimization.
