Under the supervision of Creative Lead in our Shanghai head office, the Senior Brand Designer will be responsible for the brand visual identity.

Missions of the LMT Brand Designer:

In collaboration with Marketing & PR Managers, you will define the project’s objectives, create schedules and oversee quality control according to needs and deadlines.

Working closely with the Marketing teams, you will be:
? In charge of the marketing collaterals
o Work cross-functionally with the marketing team to ensure that all graphics/visual elements support a strong, focused commercial point of view
o Provide design solutions in support of communication tools, i.e marketing brochures, products’ leaflets, campaigns, visual merchandising, etc. that maintains brand consistency and are in line with existing brand material
o Creation of a consolidated Brand material library
Working closely with the Digital Marketing & PR Manager, you will be:
? Conceptualize innovative designs for campaign concepts and re-implement them into seasonal collateral for web, marketing and fixtures
o Ability to art direct and edit photographic and illustration work to support the brand’s digital marketing
o Create and develop video and animated content
? Manage the brand website and social-media platforms
o Create, prepare and package files for all digital campaigns and promotions
o Good understanding of new trends on web and social-media platform

Are YOU the one?
- Bachelor degree or related education in Graphic Design (or Advertising, Visual Communication)
- 8+ years’ experience in relevant area (Cosmetics /or Fashion field is an advantage)
- Great art direction and strong visual styling
- Exceptional computer software skills on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Professional graphic design skills and adequate experience of photo and video shooting
- Spoken English is a key requirement
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, passionate, detail-oriented and customer-focused
- A team player with a “can do” attitude, happy to work hard and be hands-on
- Comfortable to work independently and under tight timelines, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Detailed and attentive
- Creative, naturally curious about trends
